The Trust Office is responsible for the administration of guardianship and trust matters. The office is comprised of employees of the Office of the Clerk of Circuit Court (Trust Clerk) and the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County (Trust Attorney and Trust Paralegal).
Community Legal Services (CLS) of Prince George's County, Inc. is a non-profit organization established to provide quality civil legal services to low-income individual in Prince George's County.
CLS provides legal assistance in matters involving divorce, custody, child support, visitation, domestic violence guardianship, foreclosure prevention, landlord/tenant, unpaid wages, bankruptcy and other non-fee generating legal matters.
